Terms and Conditions


If you need to cancel your booking, please contact the Company as soon as possible. If you cancel a booking after the vehicle has been dispatched then a charge may be incurred; the charge will be based on the distance/time that the allocated driver has travelled/spent prior to the point of cancellation. As a general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to two hours before flight arrival, journeys within the surrounding area of Westminister/Victoria are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time.

Cancellation Charges

  • 1. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the journey time must be cancelled by phone by calling 02072476699 help lines are open 24/7.
  • 2. For cancellations made 12 hours or more before the journey time a full refund will be issued.
  • 3. Any cancellations made 6 to 11 hours before the journey time a cancellation charge of 50% of the full fare will be levied.
  • 4. cancellation made 6 hours or before the journey time a cancellation of 100% of the full fare will be levied.
  • 5. Any claim for a refund must be made within 1 week of the journey date. A claim will be deemed to have been made when you cancel your reservation.
